Throughout the twentieth century the army used posters to attract recruits into the Scottish regiments.  This faithful reproduction of a recruiting poster for the Scottish Regiments c.1910 uses modern design and print techniques to create striking colourful images for display in public places, reliant on the glamour and patriotic appeal of the traditional Scottish military image.
