60 Years On – The Tattoo’s Diamond Anniversary

Over 1000 performers from the Army, this year’s lead service, along with a wealth of talent from around the world joined forces to stage a spectacular 60th Anniversary programme of music, song, dance and drama at this summer’s Diamond Jubilee Tattoo on the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle.

Amoung the many attractions lined up for the 2010 Tattoo was a thrilling display of daredevil motorcycling, aware winning pipe music, the best of British Military Bands, breathtaking gymnastics, enthralling never-before-seen overseas artistes and an all-action antipodean exhibition of top-flight entertainment
