The Galloway Hoard contains the richest and most varied range of Viking-Age objects ever discovered in Britain and Ireland. This imitation-leather coaster is embossed in silver, and features the expressive faces from the Quartrefoil brooches within the hoard. One face blows a horn, loud enough to make his friend's ears ring!
