Jacobite Wine Glass Small

£22.00

Description

The history of the exiled Stuart dynasty and their supporters, known as Jacobites, has held an enduring and romantic fascination for generations, from the writings of Sir Walter Scott to the ‘Outlander’ books and television series.

Our range draws on the secret symbols and emblems that were used to signify support for the Jacobite cause, including their main emblem, the white rose.

This small wine glass made from lead-free crystal is beautifully decorated with the Jacobite White Rose, symbolising the exiled King James, with the rosebud representing his son Prince Charles. The Butterfly symbolises hope for a return from exile.
