Under Water, Winner

A hippopotamus and her offspring – a juvenile and a young calf – rest in their daytime home, an estuarine lake on the east coast of South Africa, keeping their almost hairless skin out of the fierce sun. After sunset, they and the rest of the herd will emerge to graze.
